A few months ago I listened to their debut single "crystalised" once, found it ok, but then quickly forgot about the xx again. Then the big hype broke out and I didn't really understand why everyone was so excited about this band, so I gave them another chance.
Now, I have to admit, I love them. I got their debut album "xx" (out on Roughtrade), and it's one of those few albums that I can listen to all the way through without skipping a single track. Simple music with soothing melodies and vocals. buy it, bitch.
